We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Hue & Hyde purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. We strive to make quality jewelry. If for some reason you receive your item with a defect or problem with the craftsmanship we are happy to return your item at any time.
Items being returned must be sent back in the same unworn, unused condition that they were received in. Please include all original packaging. Not including packaging may alter the return process.
Please note these are delicate pieces. All leather must be cared for and stored in a safe dry place. Water damage and other damage caused after the item is received do not qualify for a return or exchange.
If you decide you want to return your product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we will send return instructions.
Unfortunately at this time we do not do exchanges. If you want to exchange your item for another size or color please return your items as described above and order your item of choice. If Hue & Hyde waits for your return there is a chance the item you want may sell out. It is best to grab an item you want when you see it because items sell out fast and they may not be restocked.

You are responsible for shipping your return back to us. We recommend you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to insure we get the product. Hue and Hyde is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
